TX1002 Easy Installation Aluminum Solar Mounting System For Tile Roof
Tunxin Aluminum is specialized in marketing and producing various of aluminum profiles since the establishment in 2003.

The Tiled Roof Mounting solution is ideal for installations on pitched, tiled roofs inclined anywhere between 5°and 60°. It accommodates all framed and unframed solar panels currently on the market. Tunxin complete product range of mounting brackets provide for fast and simple fixing to purlins or rafters, without having to remove any tiles and without affecting the integrity or function of the tiles themselves. Roof brackets are available for traditional profile tiles, flat tiles and slate tiles.
To simplify connection of support rails to tile interfaces, Tunxin rails are designed to allow standard T bolts to be simply swiveled into the rails.

Remove or slide the tile from the roof girder slightly, and place the roof hook on the wooden
rafter (refer to the picture below), Fix the roof hooks using three wooden screws. Grind tile as
required and replace.
Use the M8*25 Hexagon screw, M8 spring washer, M8 antiskid washer and fixing nut to connect the rail to the tile hook.
Repeat the tile roof hook installation in accordance with the planned layout.
Place solar panels on the rails.
Using end clamps with M8*25 Hexagon screw and fixing nuts to attach solar panels to the rails. Adjacent solar panels are attached by using mid clamps with M8 hexagon screws.(The hexagon screw length is determined by the solar panel’s thickness)

D.High priced recycling:scrap aluminum can be sold in high price after using (about 40% purchase price of aluminum mounting),while C-steel will be valueless for years severe corroded.
