Triangle Frame Adjustable Solar Mounting System For Flat Roof Or Ground
The Tunxin Triangle Frame is applicable to mount solar panels onto flat roofs or on the ground. The system is quick and easy to install, and allows solar panels to be installed in the angle ranges 10 to 15 degrees, 15 to 30 degrees and 30 to 60 degrees. To simplify installation, components can be pre-assembled before delivery to site.

1. Spread out the inclined beam and the angle adjustment tube of the triangle frame.
2. Undo the inner hexagonal screw M8*12 located on the inclined beam. Align the upper hole of the angle adjustable tube with the threaded hole of the inclined beam. Tighten the M8*12 bolt securely.
3. Loosen the M8*12 hexagonal screw on the angle adjustment tube. Raise or lower the inner tube to the required angle, tighten the hexagonal screw securely.
4. Bolt the triangle frame to the base structure securely. The triangle frame can be installed on the ground or metal roofs.
Ensure that all the Triangle frames are aligned. Ensure the correct spacing of each triangle frame in accordance with design specifications.
5. Put and tighten the T nut on the triangle frame inclined beam into the slot of the rail, tighten the M8 nut located on the underside of inclined beam.
6. Place solar panels on the rails. Use end clamps, M8*25 Hexagon screw and fixing nuts to fix solar panels on rails. adjacent solar panels are attached by middle clamps, M8 Hexagon screw (the hexagon screw length determined by solar panel’s thickness)
7. Repeat steps until installation is completed.
